How To Order Parts

Detailed parts ordering instructions

Step 1

First, log into your account. Prior to placing an order, it is essential to verify the serial number and warranty status of the simulator for which you are placing the order. Once logged in, you will be lead to the main screen displaying all available collections.

Step 2

Choose the product collection on the left side and choose part(s) as per the filter and sub filter. If sub filter is chosen, all items listed under said subassembly will be displayed 

Alternatively, you can use the search bar at the top right to find your  product. The search box will attempt to match parts as your search. You can search by item name or P/N. 

Step 3

Click at part to see main product page with additional information. The product page displays the internal item name followed by P/N. At the lower bottom of the product page, you will find a detailed description of the part regarding configuration requirements, software, etc. Also, if applicable, you will be given recommendations as to which other item(s) should be replaced along with the parts.

You may hover over the picture for a closer look.

In the event that the simulator is under warranty, choose warranty in the drop-down box. If the order is for a simulator that is no longer under warranty, select non-warranty. For additional information such as configuration requirements, fill out the ‘special instructions’ segment. Adjust quantities and add to shopping cart.

Step 4

You will be lead to the shopping cart displaying the product. Please list the S/N as well as the case #, if available. Also, under ‘special instruction about the order’ you may add instructions such as combined shipping, pick-up notification, etc.

If you wish to continue shopping, select accordingly. Your cart will store all items in the meantime.

To complete your purchase, please agree to the terms and conditions and click on the ‘check out’-button. 

Step 5

On the left side your shipping/(billing) will be listed. You can make changes if required.

On the right, you can review your cart. Please apply the appropriate discount code and continue with payment method.

Step 6

Please choose invoice or Credit Card as payment option and continue with ‘review order’.

Step 7

Please review your order – shipping address on the left, shopping cart on the right side. If correct, proceed with completing the order.

Step 8

Once completed, you will receive an order notification.
