Welcome to the CAE Healthcare Webshop

With this e-commerce platform we offer a tool for our international distributors to order replacement parts for CAE Healthcare products more efficiently.
This shop offers the possibility to directly source replacement parts for CAE healthcare products without the complicated and time consuming quoting process. Parts can be ordered directly from the shop using credit-card payments or payments via the CAE distributor account. Additional the shop can be used as an online catalogue, matching part-descriptions with part-numbers and pictures that illustrate the part for easier identification of the needed replacement part.
In the starting phase, the shop is limited to consumables and replacement parts for the JUNO product line.
Who gets access?
The shop is dedicated to CAE’s international network of distributors and their staff. Each distributor will be granted access details to their personal accounts. Per distributor one login will be provided. Upon release, each distributor will be asked to review their personal account details and if applicable, update their information accordingly. This can be done autonomously after login to the shop or in the check-out process.

How to order parts?
Ordering parts is very easy – please follow the steps show in this video:
Search function and filters allow for an efficient identification of the needed part.
Each part is displayed with the item name, P/N and the respective price. Under ‘instructions’ you can leave any type of comment related to the item, such as configuration requests for specific S/Ns or software version. Further, at the lower bottom of the product page, additional information related to the product will be shown, such as its broader function, product group and whether configuration is required or not. Also, if applicable, under ‘reference to’ additional parts will be listed which are recommended to be replaced/purchased. For shipping purposes, approximate weight will be displayed for each item.
Warranty/non-Warranty?
In the ordering process, you can specify if the replacement part is used on a system covered by a CAE warranty. Replacement parts will be provided free of cost – excluding shipping – if the simulator the part is ordered for is covered by a warranty programme.
It is mandatory to specify the serial number of the system under warranty.
Warranty conditions only apply to warranty replaceables and not to consumables or wear and tear items.
Consumables/Warranty Replaceables
Please note that all parts are distinguished between warranty parts and consumables. Consumables are intended to be consumed through the use of the simulator and subject to wear and tear during the normal operation of the product, such as batteries and skins. Parts considered consumables are clearly marked as such throughout the different product collections.
On the Juno platform, please refer to this list to identify consumables and warranty replaceables.
Discounts?
On Juno parts, a general discount applies for all distributors (“Juno25”). The discount may be applied during the check-out process. For individual discount codes, please contact international.service@caehealthcare.com
